Investors in People Celebration Event. 28th June 2023. St Pancras Rennaissance Hotel, London
Following our Investors in People re-accreditation we were invited to attend the Investors in People Celebration event in June 2023. The event was an opportunity for organisations like Outlook Care who have achieved their Investors in People accreditation over the last 12 months to come together to celebrate their achievements as well as to hear from speakers who have been part of the Investors in People journey. Janice Fenner (Learning Development Officer), Danielle Sharp (HR Coordinator) and An Margison (Director of People) attended the event, and it was a fantastic opportunity to see and discuss what other like-minded organisations are doing, giving us some great ideas of how we can continue to develop our commitment to invest in our staff over the coming year.
