• Barking & Dagenham Primary Care Trust

  

  Barking & Dagenham PCT aims to make sure local people can have first-class services when and where they need them, whether this is at home, in a local health centre or in hospital. The PCT also directly provides community-based health services such as health visiting, physiotherapy and district nursing, and is responsible for developing primary care services in conjunction with GPs, dentists, opticians and pharmacists.  

• Benenden Healthcare Society

  

  Benenden Healthcare Society is a not-for-profit society run by members for members, and is a mutual organisation, not a medical insurer. Members club together so they can get the first class medical help they need, when they need it.    

• Brentwood Borough Council

  

  Brentwood Borough comprises 15 local wards. Eight of the wards have three elected councillors, whilst the six less populated wards are represented by two councillors, and the least populated ward is represented by just one councillor. Councillors are usually elected for a four year term of office.
