Outlook Care

Mental Health

Outlook Care provides a range of community based support services for people with mental health needs, including supported living, registered care homes and specialist nursing care.

We have experience of providing support to people with complex mental health needs including people with learning disabilities, people with a history of misusing substances and/or alcohol and those who have difficulty living independently or have been a part of the criminal justice system.

All services provide an environment where people can develop and learn skills that will enable them to move to a more independent living environment. These include helping people to:

  • develop the skills they need to achieve their own personal goals;
  • access employment and leisure opportunities;
  • manage their physical and mental health;
  • have the opportunity to make informed choices about the environment in which they live and understand the needs of others in shared accommodation;
  • speak up for themselves or access advocacy services who can speak for them;
  • move onto the type of independent living they choose.

We are passionate about what we do and doing it well and we are dedicated to continually improving upon the support we offer to the people who use our services.

Outlook Care offers the following mental health services:

• Registered Care
• Supported Living

 We are registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
