Outlook Care is one of the largest specialist providers of learning disability services in north and east London and Essex and has an impressive track record in delivering high quality services in a range of settings.
This includes supporting people in their own homes and in shared homes, residential care and nursing care. Many of our services are provided in small homes, some of which have been purpose built to meet more specialist needs, such as complex behaviours or autism.
We have worked extensively on developing Person Centred Life Planning: each service user is encouraged to play a full and active part in decision making and planning.
We encourage people to become part of their local communities – some have jobs, are able to access training and development through colleges. Where people’s needs have increased we have been able to offer a higher level of support within their own home or have enabled people to move to a service which offers more intensive support services.
Our service is continually evolving and many of our schemes have been remodelled to provide a range of accommodation that enables increased independence and choice.
Outlook Care offers the following learning disability services:
All of our learning disability schemes are registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and our support living services are regulated by Supporting People.
