Outlook Care is one of the largest specialist providers of learning disability services in north and east London and Essex and has an impressive track record in delivering high quality services in a range of settings.
This includes supporting people in their own homes and in shared homes, residential care and nursing care. We have worked extensively on developing Person Centred outcome focussed support plannin. Each service user is encouraged to develop skills to be more independent and to play a full and active part in decision making and planning in their local communities.
