Services

Outlook Care's support and care services are used by:

· people with mental health needs
· people who have a learning disability
· people who are older
We have more than 40 local support and care schemes in the areas of London and Essex.
Outlook Care has teams of support and care staff.

The teams are a learning disabilities team and a mental health team.
The two support teams help people who have lived for a long time in residential homes to move to supported living.
We also provide residential care and home care services.
