Outlook care delivers support and care services to around 370 people living across London and Essex. We have a strong focus on delivering personalised support and offer a range of stable and supportive living environments to meet the individual needs of our service user customers.

Each service user customer is treated as an individual, with bespoke, person-centred care plans created with their needs and wishes at the heart.

We provide a range of scheme options including registered care, supported living services and nursing care.
