London Business School works with Outlook Care

Wednesday 28 April 2010

Outlook Care has been working with students from the London Business School on an organisational audit to review and help to improve the way in which the business operates.

As part of their project with us they have developed a survey to gain staff feedback on current processes and systems and to find out what could be done better. This has been sent to 86 members of staff, who will be anonymously asked to provide their views on the way in which the organisation could be improved.

Outlook Care is now in it’s 20th year, and like many that have grown significantly over a period of time, the ways of working and providing support have evolved. As part of our commitment to staff and to organisational effectiveness, it is necessary to monitor and review these functions and this significant project with the London Business School has enabled us to do that.

The survey results will be taken to the Outlook Care Board who will make recommendations on how to shape the future systems and processes for Outlook Care and hopefully make our systems and processes even more effective.
