Outlook Care has successfully retained Investors in People (IIP) status following a rigorous review of the organisation.
Outlook Care was reviewed against the latest IIP standards, and accreditation is valid for the next three years.
Investors in People is a national quality standard which sets a level of good practice for improving an organisation's performance through its people.
