Outlook Care’s Board of Management aims to ensure that neither the Board nor Outlook Care employees discriminate unlawfully and recognises that it should not merely seek to avoid such discrimination but will develop positive policies and practices to widely promote equality.

Our Vision is “people with individual needs living the lives they choose”. We believe people who use our services; our Board Members; our employees, OCB workers and volunteers; people on work experience or work placement all have a right to be treated fairly and are expected to treat other people fairly and not discriminate against people either in the workplace, in our services or at work related social functions or in the wider community.
