Flexible Working
Flexible working allows staff and managers to plan and organise work in a way that benefits both the personal lives of staff and business needs, and all employees have the right to ask to work flexibly, irrespective of their personal circumstances.
Childcare vouchers
Outlook Care can offer staff Edenred childcare vouchers that can be used to help cover the costs of childcare for children up to the age of 16. This could help employees save around £900 a year on their childcare costs. Members of the scheme can also access further discounts on shopping, family days out and holidays.
Working parents at Outlook Care are entitled to exchange a portion of their gross salary for childcare vouchers, which is exempt from Tax and National Insurance Contributions.
Childcare vouchers are the recognised payment method for childcare and are accepted by most registered childcare providers in the UK. Vouchers are available to standard and higher rate taxpayers.
Savings are based on salary per parent, not the number of children.
Staff health plan
Outlook Care has teamed up with Benenden Healthcare Society and HSF as part of our staff benefits package.
Staff who sign up to Benenden Healthcare Society can take advantage of services which include a 24 hour GP telephone consultation service, up to £1000 for diagnosis, tests and minor outpatient treatment and help towards physiotherapy. Those who take advantage of the special Outlook Care offer at HSF Health Plan can take advantage of services which include money towards dental and optical treatment, birth and adoption grants and payment if off work from injury.
Pension Schemes
Outlook Care offer all staff the opportunity to join an occupational pension scheme to which the organisation contributes.
Empathy employee assistance programme
Our employees have free access to a confidential, comprehensive employee assistance programme provided by trained counsellors covering a range of personal and general topics including legal, financial and medical issues. The service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and is available to employees and their close families.
