At Outlook Care, we understand that our people are our best asset and we value those with a real passion for life. By volunteering with us you will be joining a lively community of over 400 staff, all working together to improve people’s lives. We particularly welcome people who have knowledge or experience of supporting others, and anyone with valuable life experience which they could pass to the people using our services.

Why should I volunteer?

You could make a real difference by spending a few hours helping someone to get the most out of every day. In return, we will provide you with on-the-job training and excellent support so that you can develop yourself whilst helping others.

We will:
Pay your travel expenses
Encourage learning and training in social care
Involve you in staff social events

What types of work will I do, and when?

The roles are varied and flexible, and could involve you doing the things that you love – just with an extra friend included! The nature of our business means that we operate around-the-clock, which means that our volunteers can choose from evening or night work, early mornings, the odd afternoon or a few hours at the weekend. We can schedule time slots to suit you and your life commitments.
