  Ian has served on the Board of Directors since 1990 and has extensive experience in housing and management. Since 1990 Ian has been actively involved with disabled groups in Havering and is a Board Member of Havering Association for the Disabled.

  
  

  Ian is a successful local businessman and a qualified Chartered Surveyor specialising in the alteration, refurbishment and new build of nursing homes and alterations and adaptations for disabled persons.
