Board Member
Carole joined the Board of Directors in 2006. She has over 26 years of experience in Social Care, holding a number of posts until retiring in December 2003 from her position as Quality Assurance Manager. In this role she was responsible for partnership working with external providers, contracting, monitoring and developing quality assurance systems.
Carole has a Diploma and a Master of Science in Applied Organisational Development in Public Services and holds the Prince 2 Foundation Examination (Project Management).
