Maintain our long-term financial viability and maximise use of our resources.
We will do this by:
- streamlining our administration to ensure our services offer value for money;
- delivering our strategy for growth through the development of new services;
- responding to the development of individualised budgets.
Recruit, develop, manage and retain a motivated, competent and diverse workforce.
We will do this by:

- of Choice’;

Our past achievements
Our last corporate plan was published in 2004 and we are proud to report that we achieved all the objectives we listed ahead of our 2009 deadline.
Here are some of the way we achieved our objectives:
- we established a specialist mental health division and are recognised as an innovative provider of care and support to people with mental health needs;
- we remained a major provider of high quality care and support services to people with learning disabilities and older people;
- we are seen as a key employer in the sector and are recognised for developing and valuing our staff and promoting diversity;
- our success was underpinned by our status as a financially secure, not for profit organisation.
