Outlook Care is a member of the following organisations:
Association of Supported Living (ASL)
A not-for-profit organisation dedicated to the continuous improvement of supported living services for people with learning disabilities. ASL is committed to improving the lives of individuals who benefit from the delivery of forward-thinking supported living services.
Challenging Behaviour - National Strategy Group (CB-NSG)
The Challenging Behaviour Foundation wants to see children and adults with severe learning disabilities, who are described as having challenging behaviour, having the same life opportunities as everyone else, including home life, education, employment and leisure.
CB-NSG, launched in November 2008, is a key national group to address the needs of children, young people and adults with learning disabilities whose behaviour is perceived as challenging.
SITRA specialises in policy, training and consultancy for housing with care and support. Their aim is to provide policy makers and practitioners with accurate, up to date and timely information on all areas of supported housing and related issues.
LASA is a charity that helps third sector and government organisations deliver efficient, high quality services.
It helps them to:
• Give better welfare rights advice to their clients;
• Use technology to deliver more effective and efficient services;
• Influence policy for advice and legal services;
• Raise awareness of the third sector's technology needs with funders and government
