Outlook Care
Outlook Care started in 1989 to provide care and support to people with learning disabilities, mental health needs and older people.
We are a not-for-profit organization who invests funds into more than 40 support and care schemes.
The schemes are in areas across north and east London and Essex.
The types of schemes are:
· residential and nursing care
· supported living
· home care
· housing management.We believe Outlook Care will always be a success at what it does.
The way we aim to keep Outlook Care a success is to

We train our staff to work with care, respect and value.
The skills our staff have learned help them to understand how they can support people to take control of their own lives.
