Outlook Care has been awarded a three year contract to deliver mental health support services to 16 people living in Orchard Close and Juniper in Wanstead. We are currently taking handover of the services from the existing providers ready for us to manage these services from 1st November 2010. The service is focussed on supporting people to maximise their independence and manage their own recovery from poor mental health.
